Swiss citizenship programme

Our Swiss citizenship programme guides you step by step through the naturalisation process. In Kanton Zug, the prerequisite is German proficiency at B2 level from January 2025. If you need support reaching this level, consider our German group lessons or contact us to arrange private tuition.

The course is divided into two parts:

1. Four seminars on Politics, Geography, Culture, and History of Switzerland, providing the essential foundation. Seminars take place in our school in Baar and are held in German at the level required for the interviews.

2. Family-to-one sessions to assist with completing application forms, preparing for the citizenship test, and the Gemeinde interview. These sessions can take place in person or online.

Each part is billed separately, the seminars are prerequisite to the tailored coaching sessions.

The seminars and one-to-one sessions are billed separately. Participation in the one-to-one sessions is only available once the seminar block has been completed. Full details on structure and pricing are outlined in our Ts&Cs, which we’ll send once you’ve registered your interest here.

For households applying as a family, each family member aged 16 or older must attend each seminar in order to proceed with interview preparation or any personalised training.

Tell us how many adults and children are in your household, and which date and seminars those over 16 would like to attend.
